‘Light of the Heights’: the 18th anniversary of the ‘Strizhi’ restaurant

The Strizhi restaurant hosted a special gastronomic evening celebrating its 18th anniversary.

The birthday provided an occasion to look back on the restaurant's history, thank its guests, and create a new event filled with flavors, music, and the atmosphere of the evening city.

Brand chef Mikhail Gulyaev presented six signature courses, each forming a separate chapter in the gastronomic story of Strizhi. The dishes were paired with specially selected wines that brought out their flavor and complemented the overall concept of the evening.

The festive atmosphere was enhanced by live music, a program hosted by a presenter, and a view of the Irkutsk lights from above. The evening's culmination was a light show that closed the celebration with a bright and memorable finale.
