Welcome 2027 at SAYEN, where the festive evening begins at Strizhi Restaurant and continues in the refined atmosphere of the hotel.

On December 31, Strizhi will present “Mysterious Night”. Live piano, soft lighting, festive table settings and dinner will set the tone for the evening, while closer to midnight the programme will unfold with illusions and mentalism performed right before the guests’ eyes.

Host Sergey Vatyakov will bring the events of the night together into one story, while after midnight the celebration will continue with music and a DJ.

A special place in the evening will be given to the festive New Year’s table created by Brand Chef Mikhail Gulyaev. It will be generous and truly celebratory: Kamchatka crab, oysters, red and black caviar, Murmansk halibut, filet mignon with foie gras, hot appetizers, and a dessert with baked milk ice cream and raspberry-yuzu cream. The menu is designed to make dinner one of the highlights of the night and accompany guests throughout the evening.
